Formosa Restaurant

Our team transformed this 70 year old pre-existing concrete into perfectly polished concrete floors for Formosa Restaurant.  

We carried out repair work to the concrete, before grinding and polishing to a full grind and polish – heavy exposure of aggregate and high gloss; our ‘Metro’ Finish.

For an existing or old concrete floor, or one where there are many unknowns about the floor, the ‘Metro’ Finish is what we recommend in the first instance; grinding up to 5mm from the floor to reveal stronger underlying concrete, and removing surface irregularities, exposing a more even distribution of aggregate, and give us the ability to perform repairs and flatten any unevenness to the surface.
